Following the passing of my grandmother in 2017, I entered a season of intense sorrow and emotional struggle. While I maintained a facade of normalcy for the world, internally I was overwhelmed and merely surviving, masking my suffering without a constructive way to process my loss. Everything shifted in 2020 when I embraced a new path and started my restoration through Reiki. Progressing on this road, I evolved into a Reiki Master, meditation mentor, and professional grief counselor. I now offer the same restorative techniques to assist individuals through their darkest moments, drawing from my own experiences with subsequent losses. Spiritual Traphouse is the sanctuary I built to demonstrate that recovery is a complex yet magnificent process. This haven exists to accompany you through adversity and empower you to find peace at your own pace.
